1. Services Overview
InReach Computer Repair provides a wide range of computer repair services, including hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, virus and malware removal, data recovery, system optimization, remote support, on-site repairs, and custom-built computer services.
2. Diagnostic and Consultation Fees
A diagnostic fee may be required to assess the issues with your device. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied to the total cost of services.
3. Data Backup Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all important data before any service. InReach Computer Repair is not liable for any loss of data during the repair process, unless explicitly stated in a prior agreement.
4. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
If we are unable to fix the problem or provide the requested repair service, no labor fees will be charged. Any parts purchased or special services requested by the client are non-refundable.
5. Service Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs and installed parts. The warranty covers only the services performed and the parts replaced. Any additional issues or damages that occur post-repair are not covered.
6. Parts and Pricing
All parts required for repairs will be sourced from reputable suppliers. We will provide customers with a detailed quote for parts and labor, which must be approved before any repairs commence.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [list payment methods]. Non-payment will result in withholding of your device until payment is received, and may incur late fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
InReach Computer Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from the repair service, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct by the technician.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any data or personal information accessed during the repair process will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
10. Cancellation Policy
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By agreeing to services from InReach Computer Repair, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
